DAY 1 - APRIL 25, 1959 |

We started our week trip to Mississippi, Louisana and Florida early-early Saturday morning. |

|
The night before was our Senior Prom-so you're looking at a group that has had little to no sleep. I doubt if any of us remember much about the first 8 hours of the trip. |
|

We stayed at the Trade Winds Hotel in Biloxi. I don't think we got a lot of sleep the night before. |

When we first saw the beach from the bus we thought it was salt it was so white. Most of us had never been to Florida-in fact-it was the first beach for the majority. |
